Product Guarantee: We want happy customers all around. WaWa is not overly worried about 30, 60, 90 day time periods on returns. We want customers happy, so please send us the product back (this is your cost) and we will replace or trade for anything of the same value in exchange, or happy to credit you back the full amount. Washed, worn and slightly dirty is OK. Tell us why you want an exchange or credit so we understand the reason. If the dog chewed it or a poncho was used as an emergency diaper, we might say no to this. Use good judgment, don’t abuse us, and let’s keep everyone smiling.

Hand Made Clothing: Please remember hand made clothing is unique to style, size and overall look. WaWa enjoys this as we work hard to avoid being viewed as another “Chinese” product. Natural fabrics are used as much as possible.
